The producer takes his camera to to visit teachers, studios and students rather from Santa Monica's Power Yoga, to yoga in a South Central LA elementary school, demonstrating the diversity of people affected by the practice of yoga. Rather YYoga puts yoga under a microscope with interviews with teachers and students and their anecdotal stories of how and why they practice yoga, their relationship with yoga, and how yoga has transformed their lives.
